Your satisfaction is very important to us.
If you are not 100% happy with your purchase please contact us as quickly as possible.
We will exchange your item to another size or colour (if available), let you chose something else from our collection, convert your purchase to a gift card or simply return the money.
All we ask is that the item is unused and with labels intact.
Packaging and postage costs for returning unwanted item/s (and resending new items) must be paid by the customer.

Damaged goods
When your order leaves our shop everything is carefully packed in heavy duty envelopes.
We are unfortunately unable to take responsibility for loss or damage of goods in transit.
You have the option to choose *signature on delivery for further security.
However we encourage you to contact us if you should ever receive a faulty item.
